 Swiss Machining with Citizen Cincom advanced technology providing a bar capacity from .078 (2mm) dia to .984 in (25mm) allows us produce high precision parts in high volume with automatic bar loader and lights out manufacturing. Cross drilling, center drilling, C-axis rotation, sub-spindle rotation, automated magazine bar feeds, deep drilling, tapping, threading, milling slotting and broaching can all be accomplished with ease. Typical turn tolerances can be held to +/- .0002”. Machining from various types of materials including, Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steels, Carbon and Steels plus most plastics.

stub axleProduction of Precision Machined parts is what we do. For over 30 years we have produced many variations of both simple and complex parts at an afforable price. Complete secondary milling and turning operations made to customer exact specifications and tolerances.

Solidworks 2019Producing parts by using customer supplied CAD models reduces programing errors. CAD Models are mostly used in our manufacturing process, of course there are tolerances required for every part, so a CAD Model alone may not produce the tolerances. We do require a detailed drawing if any tolerances are greater than +/-.010.

 

Dimensioned drawing with critical tolerances are required for quoting.
